Ingredients
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

3In a skillet, cook beef until browned. Drain excess fat and add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4Mix cooked pasta with ricotta cheese and half the mozzarella. Layer in the dish with the beef mixture, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

5Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
