Instructions

11. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
-
22. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
-
33. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread this luscious mixture over the cooled crust.
-
44. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
-
55. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top and add chopped peanuts if desired for extra crunch.
-
66. Refrigerate the bars for at least 4 hours or until set. Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
