Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk

    Brown sausage in large deep skillet over medium-high heat

    Add butter to cooked sausage and stir until fully melted

    Stir in flour, salt, and pepper

    Reduce heat to medium-low and gradually add in the milk in 1/2 cup increments. Stir constantly

    Continue to cook and stir until gravy is thickened and bubbly, about 5 minutes
