- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 6 oz Swiss cheese grated
- 1/3 pound thin-sliced ham

Instructions

1Preheat oven to 375°

2Cut the sliced ham into 1/2 inch squares

3Combine the eggs, cheese, heavy cream, and ham in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly using a hand mixer.

4Using a slotted spoon, transfer the ham, cheese, and some of the egg and cream mixture into the pie shell. If space allows, add the remaining egg and cream mixture. This ensures the ham and cheese are evenly distributed.
