Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie shell
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 6 oz Muenster cheese, grated / shredded
- 10 oz of frozen chopped spinach.

Instructions

1Preheat oven to 375°

2Microwave the spinach, drain in a sieve and set aside. Use a fork to press the spinach to remove any excess water.

3Put the eggs and heavy cream in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand electric mixer. Add spinach and grated cheese to mixture and thoroughly stir together with a spoon.

4Pour the egg / cream / cheese/ spinach mixture into the pie shell.

5Cook on a cookie sheet in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the center of the quiche is firm

6Let the quiche cool / set for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate and reheat later
