Very delicious, strong floral drink. Don't drink too much at once, you'll need new pants.

Ingredients
- 2 liters water
- 30 g dried hibiscus (i.e. Jamaican sorrel)
- white sugar, to taste (start with 1/2 cup)
- additional warm spices and citrus, as desired

Instructions

1Set the water in a pot over high heat until boiling.

2Add the hibiscus, any warm spices, and the peels of any citrus, then allow to boil for 10 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add any citrus juice as well as any white sugar. Stir everything to dissolve what you can and allow to steep for an hour.

4Strain everything and let chill in the fridge. Serve cold, over ice.
