Ingredients

  • 100 grams almond flour
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 10 grams freeze dried raspberry powder
  • 70 grams egg whites

  • 50 grams sugar
  • gel food coloring
  • flavoring
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. milk

    Sift almond flour, powdered sugar, and raspberry powder twice

    In a clean glass bowl, measure 70 grams egg whites

    Add cream of tarter and whip egg whites to froth

    Slowly add 50 grams sugar while mixing

    Whip until stiff peaks form (5-7 minutes)
