- 100 grams almond flour
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- 10 grams freeze dried raspberry powder
- 70 grams egg whites

- 50 grams sugar
- gel food coloring

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. milk

Instructions

1Crush freeze dried raspberries and sift into a fine powder

2Sift almond flour, powdered sugar, and raspberry powder twice

3In a clean glass bowl, measure 70 grams egg whites

4Add cream of tarter and whip egg whites to froth

5Slowly add 50 grams sugar while mixing

6Whip until stiff peaks form (5-7 minutes)
