Berry Rosemary Shrub

Ingredients
- 1 part berries (blackberries or blue berries are best)
- 1 part honey or brown sugar
- At least 4 sprigs rosemary (to taste)
- About 1/2 part apple cider vinegar, but it depends on the concentration.

Instructions

1Mash up the berries in a large salad bowl into a mostly mixed mash, and halfway through add the rosemary. Make sure to nicely smash everything up.

2Mix in the vinegar and the honey (or sugar) and keep mashing.

3Take the bowl and leave it in the fridge for 1-2 days to infuse. The longer you leave it the stronger the rosemary and cider vinegar taste will be.

4Take the bowl, and strain everything well in a medium gauge strainer.

5Keep in mason jar until serving.

6For serving, add about 1 part shrub to 6 parts water, a couple tablespoons per glass, based on the sweetness you want. Enjoy!!!
