Vegan Raspberry Brownies

super simple and fudgy vegan brownies that are a crowd pleaser

Ingredients

  • 200 gr flour
  • 50 gr cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 150 ml oat milk
  • 200 gr dark chocolate
  • 200 gr raspberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 100 gr chocolate chips

    preheat the oven to 180 C

    line a baking pan (25 x 25 cm) with baking paper
  3. 3
    mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl
  4. 4
    peel and mash the banana, and combine it with the oil and the oat milk
  5. 5
    combine the dry and wet ingredients
  6. 6
    melt the dark chocolate over a water bath and quickly add to the batter
  7. 7
    fold in half of the raspberries and all of the chocholate chips
  8. 8
    put the batter into the prepared pan, then top with the rest of the raspberries
  9. 9
    bake for 30 - 35 minutes
