Ingredients
- 200 gr flour
- 50 gr cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 ml sunflower oil
- 150 ml oat milk
- 200 gr dark chocolate
- 200 gr raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- 100 gr chocolate chips

Instructions

1preheat the oven to 180 C

2line a baking pan (25 x 25 cm) with baking paper

3mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl

4peel and mash the banana, and combine it with the oil and the oat milk
-
5combine the dry and wet ingredients

6melt the dark chocolate over a water bath and quickly add to the batter
-
7fold in half of the raspberries and all of the chocholate chips
-
8put the batter into the prepared pan, then top with the rest of the raspberries
-
9bake for 30 - 35 minutes
