Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp avocado oil
- Handful of bok choy, stems and leafy parts separated
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 clove ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sprinkle of furikake seasoning

Instructions

1Heat a pan with avocado oil over medium high heat

2Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant

3Add stems and cook 2 minutes until start to soften

4Add leafy tops for 2-3 minutes until leaves wilted and stems tender Add water as needed, if pan is dry and aromatics are sticking

5Add soy sauce and cook 15s more

6Cut heat, add sesame oil and seasoning, salt, pepper
