Asian-style Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp avocado oil
  • Handful of bok choy, stems and leafy parts separated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 clove ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sprinkle of furikake seasoning

Instructions

    Heat a pan with avocado oil over medium high heat

    Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant
  3. 3
    Add stems and cook 2 minutes until start to soften
  4. 4
    Add leafy tops for 2-3 minutes until leaves wilted and stems tender Add water as needed, if pan is dry and aromatics are sticking

    Add soy sauce and cook 15s more

    Cut heat, add sesame oil and seasoning, salt, pepper
