No-hassle Morgenboller

the bestest, most easiest morgenboller with a nice crust :))

Ingredients

  • 200g white flour
  • 100g whole wheat flour
  • 3g fresh yeast (or 1g dry active yeast)
  • 6g salt
  • 230ml water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • toppings of choice

Instructions

    dissolve the yeast in the water, then add honey and salt
  2. 2
    add the flours and mix together to form a scrappy dough
  3. 3
    let the dough rest in an oiled container in the fridge for 12-16 hours
  4. 4
    preheat the oven to 230 C (upper-lower heat)
  5. 5
    on a baking sheet, form buns, brush with water, add toppings and let them rest at room temperature for 30 minutes
  6. 6
    bake the buns for 25 minutes with a lot of steam (dump a quarter glass into the bottom of the oven when putting the buns in)
