- 50 grams wheat flour
- 50 cl milk
- Nutmeg

Instructions

1Put all the flour and milk in a pot. Heat them up and steer for 2 min to obtain a "roux" (a solid paste).

2Add the milk, steer slowly with a wooden spoon. Let the mixture get thicker. You're done once it looks like a cream.

3Add some nutmeg powder.
