Ingredients

  • 50 grams butter
  • 50 grams wheat flour
  • 50 cl milk
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

    Put all the flour and milk in a pot. Heat them up and steer for 2 min to obtain a "roux" (a solid paste).

    Add the milk, steer slowly with a wooden spoon. Let the mixture get thicker. You're done once it looks like a cream.

    Add some nutmeg powder.
