Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp each salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Greek pita bread
- Sliced tomato, cucumber, onion, Kalamata olives
- Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

1Blend garlic, oregano, rosemary, paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil, wine and lemon juice into a marinade.
