  • Thai glutinous (sticky) rice
  • Full-fat coconut milk
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Ripe mango
  • Cornstarch or rice flour (for sauce)
  • Crispy split mung beans (optional)
  • Pandan leaf (optional)

Instructions

    Soak sticky rice, then steam until tender and translucent.

    Warm coconut milk with sugar and salt (do not boil hard).

    Pour most of the sweet coconut mixture over the hot rice; mix and rest covered.
