Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 1 Roma tomato, (diced (optional))
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, (diced)
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ small onion, (finely diced)
  • ½ lime, (juiced, plus more to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, (plus more to taste)

Instructions

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

    Mash to your preferred consistency.
