- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 Roma tomato, (diced (optional))
- 1 jalapeño pepper, (diced)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ small onion, (finely diced)
- ½ lime, (juiced, plus more to taste)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt, (plus more to taste)

Instructions

1Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
