Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt, pepper, and fresh parsley to garnish

Instructions

    Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.

    Melt the butter with the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2 minutes without moving, then flip and cook 1–2 minutes more until opaque and pink.
