- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt, pepper, and fresh parsley to garnish

Instructions

1Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.

2Melt the butter with the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3Add the garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

4Add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2 minutes without moving, then flip and cook 1–2 minutes more until opaque and pink.
