Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter

Instructions

    Whisk the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.

    In a small bowl whisk the milk, egg, and oil. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir gently just until combined — lumps are fine.

    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.

    Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form and pop, 2–3 minutes.
