  • 1 large apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2.5 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp softened unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats

    Toss apple slices with lemon juice, then 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg.
