  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar (custard)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (topping)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt

Instructions

    Whisk yolks, 4 tbsp sugar, and salt; whisk in cream and vanilla until blended.
