Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup full-fat whole milk
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pure agar-agar powder
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla paste

Instructions

    Whisk cream, milk, sugar, and agar powder together cold until dissolved.

    Heat over medium-low until steaming; boil gently 2 minutes to activate the agar.

    Off the heat whisk in the vanilla, strain into molds, cool, then refrigerate 4 hours.
