Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup full-fat whole milk
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pure agar-agar powder
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla paste

Instructions

    Bloom 1 tsp gelatin in 3 tbsp cold water 5 minutes.

    Warm milk, cream, and sugar to just below boiling; whisk in the bloomed gelatin.
