Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh, firm strawberries
  • 8 oz high-quality dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp neutral cooking oil

Instructions

    Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries; air-dry 60 minutes so no surface moisture remains.

    Microwave 6 oz chocolate in 20-second bursts, stirring between; stir in the remaining chocolate and the oil.

    Dip each berry by the stem, swirl, and set on parchment ~1 hour to firm.
