Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh, firm strawberries
  • 8 oz high-quality dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp neutral cooking oil

Instructions

    Dry the berries and make sure all bowls/spatulas are bone dry.

    Melt 6 oz chocolate over a pot with 1 inch simmering water; stir in the rest off the heat.

    Dip berries, scrape the excess, and set on parchment to cool.
