A dairy-free frozen dessert — fine water-ice crystals in a saturated fruit-sugar syrup. Pre-frozen fruit lets a food processor crush it smooth with no ice cream maker.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango cubes
  • 2 cups frozen papaya cubes
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple cubes
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

    Puree fresh fruit and whisk with chilled simple syrup.
