- Filling: 5 cups sliced fresh peaches

- Topping: 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 cup cold butter (cubed), 1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions

1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

3In a large saucepan, combine the fresh sliced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
