Instructions
-
1Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
-
2Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
-
3In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, and fine sea salt.
-
4Drizzle in the olive oil and cold water.
-
5Stir with a fork until the ingredients hold together, then gather with your hands into a ball.
-
6Divide the dough into two equal portions.
-
7Working with one piece at a time, roll the dough directly onto a sheet of parchment paper until it is paper-thin (about 1/16th inch).
-
8Lightly mist the surface of the rolled dough with water and sprinkle with coarse sea salt, pressing it in gently with a rolling pin.
-
9Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into 1.5-inch squares or diamonds.
-
10Prick the center of each square with a fork.
-
11Slide the parchment paper onto the baking sheets.
-
12Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, swapping the sheets halfway through, until the edges are golden and the centers are completely crisp.
-
13Let cool completely to achieve full crunch.
