Quick Savory Peanut Noodles
A rapid, deeply comforting Asian-style noodle dish that uses standard box spaghetti and basic pantry fats to construct an insanely rich, nutty sauce.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Dry spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine noodles
- 1/3 cup Creamy smooth peanut butter
- 3 tbsp Warm water
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey or dark brown sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger , grated fine
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar or lime juice
- 2 stalks Green onions, finely sliced for garnish

Instructions

1Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.

2Cook your spaghetti noodles according to the timing specified on the box packaging, then drain well.

3While the pasta cooks, add the creamy peanut butter and warm water to a medium mixing bowl.

4Whisk them together vigorously until the peanut butter thins out into a smooth cream.

5Add the soy sauce, honey or brown sugar , minced garlic, grated ginger , and rice vinegar to the peanut mixture.

6Whisk well until a glossy, fluid sauce forms.

7Dump the hot, freshly drained noodles directly into the bowl containing the peanut sauce.

8Toss the pasta continuously for a minute or two until the noodles completely absorb the sauce.
