Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated white sugar
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp Vegetable oil or canola oil
- 1 cup Cold water

Instructions

1Preheat your kitchen oven to 350°F (175°C).

2Do not grease or spray an 8x8 inch square baking pan.

3Dump the flour , sugar , cocoa powder , baking soda, and salt directly into the dry baking pan.

4Whisk them together inside the pan until fully blended.

5Use a spoon to create three separate indentations (wells/divots) in the dry powder mix.

6Pour the white vinegar into the first well, vanilla extract into the second, and vegetable oil into the third.

7Pour the cold water across the entire surface of the pan over all ingredients.

8Grab a standard kitchen fork and mix everything together thoroughly right inside the pan until a smooth liquid cake batter forms.

9Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
