Instructions

1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mats.

2In a medium mixing bowl, add the creamy peanut butter , granulated sugar , and egg.

3Stir the ingredients together vigorously with a spoon for about 1 minute until a smooth, thick cookie dough forms and detaches from the sides of the bowl.

4Roll the dough into 1-inch balls using your hands and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.

5Use the back tines of a standard kitchen fork to press a crisscross grid pattern onto the top of each ball, flattening it to about half-thickness.
