  • 1/2 cup Packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated white sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Raisins

    In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter , brown sugar , and white sugar with a spoon until smooth and light.

    Pour these dry ingredients into the sugar-butter mix and stir until a soft dough forms.
