Mexican Pie
A quick taco-seasoned beef and refried-bean pie topped with a sour cream–green sauce layer and melted cheddar.

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 (8 oz) green taco sauce
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Yield:
- 2 small pies
Instructions

1Brown 1 lb hamburger and drain.

2Add taco seasoning and refried beans.

3Put the mixture in the bottom of 2 small pie pans.

4Mix sour cream and green taco sauce; spread on top.

5Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

6Bake at 350°F for 20–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
