Mexican Pie

A quick taco-seasoned beef and refried-bean pie topped with a sour cream–green sauce layer and melted cheddar.

Yield 2 small pies

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz) green taco sauce
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

    Brown 1 lb hamburger and drain.

    Add taco seasoning and refried beans.

    Put the mixture in the bottom of 2 small pie pans.

    Mix sour cream and green taco sauce; spread on top.

    Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350°F for 20–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
