Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 russet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen peas (added at end)

Instructions
