Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions
