Honey Dill Sauce
A hyper-regional condiment completely unique to Winnipeg, Manitoba, almost exclusively consumed as a dip for breaded chicken fingers.

- 1/2 cup high-quality mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup liquid honey
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

1Whisk the mayonnaise and honey together in a 2:1 ratio.
