- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 6 dried red chilies
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

1Coat the chicken in a thick cornstarch slurry and deep fry until crunchy.
