Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought)
  • 1 package pepperoni
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

    Slice English muffins in half.

    Spoon 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each English muffin half and spread evenly.

    Place 4 pepperoni slices on each English muffin half.

    Cover each mini pizza with ¼ cup mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes/

    Let cool then eat.
