This rub is great on pork, steak, fish, and chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup paprika
  • ¼ cup salt
  • ½ cup chipotle powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup dried rosemary
  • ¼ cup dried thyme
  • ½ cup dehydrated lemon peel

    Combine all ingredients and keep in airtight container in cool, dark place.
