Chicken and Broccoli Casserole — a recipe imported from the Wikibooks Cookbook.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 14 oz frozen broccoli
  • 10.5 oz canned cream of celery soup
  • 4 oz mayonnaise
  • 6 oz skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

    Sear the cubed chicken in saucepan.

    Place cooked chicken and remaining ingredients into a casserole dish.

    Cover with foil and bake in oven at 375°F for 30 minutes.

    Serve with rice.
