The strawberry daiquiri is a cocktail composed mainly of rum, schnapps, and strawberries. It can be shaken or puréed in a blender for a smooth consistency.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry juice, for rim
  • Sugar, for rim
  • 1 oz light rum
  • ½ oz strawberry schnapps
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
  • Crushed ice
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Fresh strawberry, for garnish

Instructions

    Rim a glass in strawberry juice and sugar.

    Shake rum, schnapps, lime juice, powdered sugar, strawberries, and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker.
