Strawberry Cream Pie

A tasty pie that doesn’t require baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint (570 ml) cream
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) white granulated sugar
  • 1 ea. ready-made pie crust, blind-baked
  • 2 pounds (900 g) fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced

Instructions

    Combine sugar and cream in large mixing bowl, and whip until soft and fluffy.

    Spread whipped cream in pie crust.
  3. 3
    Spread strawberries over whipped cream.
  4. 4
    Cover and chill overnight.
