Nigerian Pancakes
Nigerian Pancakes are thin, savoury or lightly sweetened pancakes commonly prepared in Nigeria. Unlike the thicker American-style varieties, Nigerian pancakes are delicate, slightly chewy, and often flavoured with ingredients such as onions, pepper, nutmeg, and sometimes milk or vanilla. They are typically made from wheat flour, eggs, milk, water, and a small amount of vegetable oil.
