Flour Pita from Epirus (Alevropita)
A variation on a common flour "pie" from northwestern Greece that my Yiayia would always make when she was alive. A true savory-with-a-little-sweet comfort snack. A more common variation uses white flour only. Requires a round ~1-1.5" pizza pan
