Ingredients
- I cup butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- Extra confectioners sugar for rolling

Instructions

1Cream butter and sugar together

2Add Vanilla

3Sift flour + salt together, add to creamed mixture.

4Add nuts

5Chill in the refrigerator for several hours.

6Roll into small balls about 1 inch in diameter

7Bake on a buttered cookie sheet in hot oven (400'F) for 11-14 minutes

8As soon as removed from oven, roll in confectioners sugar

9Cool on wire rack

10Roll in confectioners sugar again.

11Yields about 2 1/2 dozen cookies
