Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup gruyere cheese (shredded)
- 6 slices bacon (chopped)
- 1/2 small yellow onion (diced)
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

1Preheat oven to 375°F

2Cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy

3Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, leave about a tablespoon of bacon the bacon fat in the skillet

4Add diced onions to the skillet and saute until soft

5Whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper

6Stir in shredded cheese and bacon

7Add butter to skillet to coat

8Pour egg mixture into the skillet over the onions. Distribute fillings evenly with spatula

9Put skillet in the oven and bake for 13-16 minutes

10Remove skillet from oven and let cool for several minutes
